Our client is recognised globally as a leader across Offshore Energy Projects. They are expanding their global projects team and seeking a specialist Governance and Assurance Performance Analyst to join them.

The Performance Analyst is centralised role supporting multiple projects and stakeholders across the global projects team with various key deliverables to support both functional and project delivery.
Supporting delivery of the global team's business objectives by establishing, monitoring and delivering processes to track performance against Client Obligations and Business Plan commitments.
Engaging constructively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure requirements, data and information are fully captured, communicated, understood and delivered within required time frames.
Report writing and presentation of information to senior level stakeholders.
Engaging constructively and develop a network of a wide range of stakeholders, both internal and external, working closely with technical, financial and engineering specialists to ensure effective communication of information.
An understanding of the energy (oil & gas, offshore renewables, mining, etc) industry and the challenges associated with the journey to net-zero, as well as a basic awareness of the statutory obligations under which the company operates globally.
Qualified to degree level, or relevant experience with well-developed communication skills with the ability to present and offer challenge to internal and external audiences on business-critical content.
Data handling - Structuring data sets, import/export data from various software packages
Data visualisation - converting data sets into meaningful, user friendly visualisations.
Proven familiarity/use of Excel (including VBA Macro function), Proarc, Primavera, PowerBi
Mathematical acumen - to process Contingency Calculations (using Monte Carlo Simulations/Excel calculations) and release plans
Demonstrable influencing skills and the ability to work with a wide range of disciplines in the organisation to determine the best business solutions.
