Description

We are recruiting for a full time Catering Assistant to join our Team at Northgate Hospital.

You will be carrying out general catering duties in the kitchen and dining room areas.

You are welcome to visit the site and meet the team who can answer any questions you may have.

To carry out general catering duties in the kitchen and dining room areas, including cleaning tasks, washing pans, utensils, crockery, cutlery, equipment, floors, etc. This may include the use of machinery, e.g. dishwasher, floor scrubber/dryers, etc.
To assist in some basic food preparation duties which may be carried out in a chilled environment.
To receive and correctly store a range of catering products, i.e. frozen and chilled food, tinned and dried goods. This includes assisting in the packaging of frozen, chilled food.
To monitor temperatures for receipt of frozen/chill/products, to regenerate the food and record temperatures on completion.

Pay:
Band A (£11.44 per hour)

We pay 25% enhancement, time and a quarter, on hours worked during a Saturday and Sunday.

Please note that all jobs will be appointed on the NTW Solutions Limited terms and conditions (not NHS/A4C terms).
