Description
Duties:
- Provide comprehensive support to our agents, managing all administrative aspects of their visits to our headquarters in China, including provding suggestions and informations of travel arrangements, accommodations, and scheduling.
- Act as the primary communication bridge between our agents, the parent company in China, and the UK subsidiary, ensuring clear, effective communication and seamless arrangements.
- Ensure cultural and business practices are respectfully aligned between all parties, facilitating a smooth and productive exchange.
- Organize and oversee detailed itineraries for agent visits, including professional meetings, training sessions, and cultural immersion activities to enhance understanding and cooperation.
- Prepare and distribute previsit information packs to agents, ensuring they are wellinformed and prepared for their visit.
Skill, experience and qualification required:
- Fluent in English and Chinese, with a deep understanding of both UK and Chinese business cultures.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, International Relations, MBA or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a coordination or liaison role, preferably with exposure to the security, doors, or locks industries.
- Exceptional attention to details.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Willingness to travel between the UK and China as required.
Pay:
£38,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
