Eden Brown have a fantastic opportunity for 4 Occupational Therapists to join the team in Staffordshire.

As an Occupational Therapist on the team you will work alongside the social work colleagues in the community to help people stay safe and independent at home.

You will need to assess people in the community but there is likely to be opportunities to complete paperwork at home.

You will also need to feel confident with equipment and moving and handling.

You main duties and responsibilities will be -

To assess and support individuals within their own homes to foster independence.
Provision of aids and equipment to support this.
Provision of moving and handling, assessment, plans, equipment and reviews. Including single person care.
