Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing highquality advice and assistance to clients concerning wills, trusts, estates, probate, and power of attorney matters
- Managing a varied caseload of private client matters
- Drafting legal documents and correspondence
- Liaising with clients, beneficiaries, and other parties involved in private client matters
Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor or legal executive with a minimum of 3 years PQE in private client law
- Demonstrable experience in managing a varied caseload of private client matters, including wills, trusts, estates, probate, and power of attorney matters
- Strong drafting and communication skills
- Excellent client care skills with a strong client service ethos
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and to work autonomously
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Business development experience would be advantageous
