Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing highquality advice and assistance to clients concerning wills, trusts, estates, probate, and power of attorney matters
  • Managing a varied caseload of private client matters
  • Drafting legal documents and correspondence
  • Liaising with clients, beneficiaries, and other parties involved in private client matters

Requirements:


  • Qualified solicitor or legal executive with a minimum of 3 years PQE in private client law
  • Demonstrable experience in managing a varied caseload of private client matters, including wills, trusts, estates, probate, and power of attorney matters
  • Strong drafting and communication skills
  • Excellent client care skills with a strong client service ethos
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and to work autonomously
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Business development experience would be advantageous
