THE GOAL
As a Kiosk Supervisor at Kelly Deli, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth
running of the kiosk operation and delivering a positive customer experience. You will
manage the production team to efficiently deliver daily requirements, ensuring product
quality and food safety standards are consistently met.
WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
Reporting into the Kiosk Manager/Assistant Kiosk Manager, you will work closely with
the kiosk team, leading them in the correct and proper way.
WHAT THEY DO
Responsibilities:
- Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures to ensure safe preparation and handling
- Ensure that ingredients are properly prepared, stored, and labelled according to health
- Deliver a positive customer experience and build customer brand loyalty.
- Manage daily production plan and all production activities.
- Provide training and instruction to production team members.
- Manage production team schedule and ensure effective and efficient work processes.
- Manage stock inventory and communicate regularly with suppliers.
- Ensure all food safety, quality and hygiene procedures are followed.
- Manage customer feedback and cost control.
- Conduct daily tasting sessions to allow customers to sample menu items and receive

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week
Salary:
£14.00 per hour
