Description

You will be required to deliver projects on time, within scope and defined budgets during the execution of the contract.

You will determine needed resources and hold ultimate responsibility for the duration of the project

Salary:
£50,000+ depending on experience + additional benefits

Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
Proven ability to work alongside all levels of management
Pricing works and preparing submission of tenders
A proactive approach, use of initiative and ability to work under pressure
A thorough understanding of H&S policies and statutory compliance
Computer literacy including excel, word, ability to learn our inhouse client database and system
Core customer relations

Key responsibilities to include, but are not limited to:

Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients
Negotiate contracts and communicate with relevant parties to ensure that all projects are completed to time quality and cost constraints
Supervise the works and personnel providing technical support and advice when required
Evaluate progress and adapt scope, timelines and costs when needed
Prepare reports
Ensure a professional image is presented to clients and ensure excellence in customer service is delivered and promoted
Establish safe systems of work and compliance to risk assessment, method statements, COSHH and mandatory signage
Obtain permits and licences from relevant authorities
