Our client are a well-established and highly-regarded talent agency, representing an eclectic roster of artists, performers, and creatives across various disciplines.

Role Overview:

As an Agency Administrator, you will be at the heart of their operations, providing crucial support to their team and contributing to the smooth functioning of their agency.

Your organisational prowess, attention to detail, and proactive approach will be essential in ensuring the agency's success.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining records.
  • Assist with artist bookings, contracts, and logistics, ensuring seamless coordination for performances, appearances, and events.
  • Handle travel arrangements and accommodations for artists and team members.
  • Process and administer contracts and invoices.
  • Collaborate with clients, artists, and vendors to facilitate communication and ensure the agency's needs are met.
  • Maintain and update the agency's database and online platforms to ensure accurate and current information.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Assist in the organisation and execution of agency events, showcases, and promotional activities.

Qualifications & experience required:


  • Proven experience of at least 3 years in administrative or related roles, preferably in the entertainment or talent industry, however that's not essential.
  • Exceptional organisational and timemanagement skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in office software and tools, including Microsoft Office & Google suite as well as Xero or similar.
  • Detailoriented mindset and the ability to maintain accuracy in fastpaced situations.
  • Excellent numeracy & writing skills
  • Fantastic use of initiative as this role is predominately working from home, so selfmotivation is essential.
  • Enthusiasm for the arts and entertainment industry is a plus.
  • Experience working directly with C-Suite individuals is essential
