WORKTECH is a dynamic forward-thinking organisation based close to Kingston upon Thames in Southwest London.With an international conference series taking place in 41 leading cities around the world, we are the industry leader in research, publishing, and events around the Future of Work.
We are looking for an ambitious Events Co-ordinator to join our team producing events around the world.You will work across our core events on administration and event logistic duties as well as speaker, sponsor and delegate liaison.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Maintaining high standard event quality as an exemplary brand ambassador and first point of contact for our events
- Delivering administration & logistics for the events including management of the weeks out plan, delegate, speaker and sponsor liaison, booking travel and accommodation, venue liaison, researching suitable venues and keeping up to date venue profiles for future use
- Event exhibition, registration desk, preparing delegate collateral, badges and managing delegate enquires
- Financial and logístical systems relating to our events. Processing delegate bookings and managing online systems including creation of event tickets on our website, credit card payments etc. Raising Purchase Orders, invoices etc
- Enhancing the value of WORKTECH events through scoping new platforms and trialling innovative approaches
- Maintain our CRM database (Salesforce), inputting new records and cleaning existing ones to ensure the database is up to date and accurate.
- Finding and negotiating with suppliers to control event costs and achieve event budgets.
- Supporting the wider event team with ad hoc duties and other UNWIRED projects
- Participating in internal team meetings and contributing to or producing weekly/monthly reports as required
Requirements:
Location:
Based in Southwest London (Hampton Wick, near Kingston upon Thames), currently hybrid working (2 days office, 3 days home).

Events Planning / Logistics - ideally in the events industry
Salary package:
£26k - £32k including bonus and dependant on experience
