We have an amazing opportunity for a passionate and dedicated Payroll & Billing Administrator to join our fast paced, fun, vibrant office located in Warrington town centre, with great transport links to bus and train stations.
Due to the growth in our business and increased workloads we are looking to strengthen our team with an experienced and organised Payroll & Billing Administrator with a financial background.
As Payroll & Billing Administrator you will be organised, proactive and professional. The Payroll & Billing Administrator will support the Payroll & Billing Team to ensure deadlines are met.As Payroll & Billing Administrator you will report directly into the Payroll & Billing Managers whilst having the support from the Finance Team.
The role of Payroll & Billing Administrator
Weekly payroll processing
Collating accurate new starter information weekly
Pro-Actively eliminating pay queries
Ensuring all records are maintained
Maintaining and building positive relationships with staff both internal and external
Ensuring all timesheets are processed in line with company procedures
Check and issue customer costings
Month and Year End
Raise and send out invoices to clients
Other ad hoc duties
Undertaking any other duties which may be requested by the Payroll & Billing Managers

Have excellent computer skills, especially excel
At least 1 years previous experience within a similar role
Able to work on own initiative and manage own workload to strict deadlines
An excellent telephone manner
Ability to communicate at all levels in a professional manner
Excellent team worker
Have a sharp eye for detail
Possess the ability to build, and maintain, strong relationships
Has an excellent attention to detail and can prioritize their workload
