DutiesSales Administration Support
Liaising with customers regarding any queries
Data inputting and system filing
Assisting the Director in daily tasks
Booking hotel and travel
General office duties including
- photocopying, updating CRM and spreadsheets, filing paperwork
Skills:
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry skills
- Prior experience in an administrative role
- Familiarity with Zoho is a plus but not essential as training will be given
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional phone etiquette with the ability to handle inquiries in a friendly and helpful manner
