Undertake regular cleaning tasks to ensure the kitchen and equipment meet hygiene standards, maintaining a clean and organised workspace.
Responsible for the efficient washing and sanitising of dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, ensuring a steady supply for the kitchen team.
Assist in the proper disposal of kitchen waste, recycling, and maintaining cleanliness in waste storage areas.
Support the kitchen team by ensuring timely delivery of cleaned and sanitised tools, utensils, and equipment as needed.
Assist in maintaining an organised kitchen space by arranging and storing items in designated areas.
Work collaboratively with chefs and other kitchen staff to contribute to a positive and efficient team environment.
Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the kitchen.
Be adaptable to additional tasks or responsibilities as required to support the dynamic needs of the kitchen.
