Position:
Bar and Restaurant Supervisor


Hours:
Part/ Full Time. Hours 30+ hours per week

Hourly Rate:
Exceeds national minimum wage


Location:
Swansea SA1

The job holder spends time assisting the Club Manager in:

  • Serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers.
  • Rotating stock as necessary to help ensure that out of date products are not on sale.
  • Supervision of general cleaning and housekeeping of the general club house area.
  • Preparation of staff rosters ensuring all work shifts are covered.
  • Staff recruitment, training and staff motivation.
  • Ensuring consistent quality and quantity in beer and wine stocks and ensuring accurate monetary records.
  • Preparation and adherence to budgets, enhancing profits, and managing cashflow.
  • Stocktaking and ordering in of supplies, supervising deliveries, and maintaining 5star hygiene rating and ensuring consistent high quality of catering and service.
  • Be fully aware of current licensing regulations, liaise with relevant authorities and enforce relevant health and safety regulations and take legal responsibility for the premises.

Salary:
From £9.50 per hour
