Senior HR Advisor
Isleworth
£21,448 - £22,645

Opportunity:

A temporary, part time opportunity working 27.5 hours per week, term time only as a Senior HR Advisor within a busy HR department working within an educational environment.

Main Duties:

Support the Head of HR & Professional Development in providing a comprehensive, effective and professional HR service
Lead on performance management issues
Be responsible for policy research, development and implementation
Be responsible for HR annual publications and surveys
Assist with the training and development of the HR team
Provide support support and guidance to the team in the absence of the Manager
Ensure the confidentiality of documents and all other personal information held
Provide high quality HR advice and support to managers and staff
Ensure policies and procedures and compliant with employment law and good practice
Participate in the recruitment and selection
Lead on Job Evaluation reviews

We are looking for someone who:

Graduate membership of the CIPD or willingness to undertake qualification
A sound knowledge and understanding of current employment legislation and best practice
Experience within Education or Public Sectors
Substantial experience in a HR role
Experience of advising and supporting managers on a full range of employee relations issues
Have a good social and interpersonal skills
Have good oral and written communication skills
