Data Entry Clerk, Rotherham
Data Entry Clerk required for a business that sits comfortably between Rotherham and Doncaster.

Due to business needs, they are recruiting a suitably experienced Data Entry Clerk to work under their finance team and to support the wider business.

The Data Entry Clerk position is full time, permanent, paying up to £25,000. The position requires heavy work on MS Excel and Word therefore speed and accuracy is key.

The duties of the Data Entry Clerk include:

  • Creating new customer accounts on SAP
  • Transferring data between MS Word and Excel
  • Producing reports for management
  • Answering calls and dealing with customers over the phone


The Data Entry Clerk is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong computer skills, who is comfortable using MS Office, and who can support the wider business.


Requirements of the Data Entry Clerk:

  • Previous experience within a business administration position
  • Strong MS Office skills including Word and Excel
  • Excellent telephone / communication skills
