Description
We are now looking for a Corporate and Commercial Solicitor for our client based in Telford, Shropshire.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and enthusiastic Corporate Solicitor with 1-3 years PQE.

Ideally, you will have gained experience within a recognised legal practice and have excellent communication skills to be able to communicate effectivelywith staff at all levels as well as clients.

You will advise on a variety of corporate matters including;

  • Commercial Contracts
  • Shareholder & Partnership Agreements
  • Mergers & Acquisitions
  • Sale & Purchase Agreements
  • Intellectual Property
  • Agents & Distribution Agreements.


You will be expected to run your own case load of corporate matters and should enjoy working to and achieving deadlines within a busy office environment.

You will be skilled at dealing with clients, professionals and other third parties to provide an excellentservice.


Commercial Property experience would be highly advantageous, and you must be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of the Solicitors Code of Conduct and of the Money Laundering Regulations.
