Do you have experience of digital within Primary Care? You could be who we are looking for to join our friendly and vibrant team supporting Primary Care across our estate.


Applications are welcome from experienced, enthusiastic, professional people who want to join HBLICT Services' Informatics team in this exiting role as a Primary Care Implementation and Utilisation Lead.

Please note that priority will be given to HWE ICB employees who are affected by change.


Required to work across Primary Care within the HBL ICT Services customer base to provide ongoing support, to General Practice and PCNs, of deployed IT systems and solutions.

Proactively monitoring the utilisation of systems and working with practices to adopt best practice and increase utilisation where applicable.


Working with general practice to ensure they get best value from clinical systems to support high quality clinical care, improving outcomes and the patient experience.


Supporting and promoting aspects of the GP IM&T programmes and Primary Care strategies of HBL ICT Services ICB customers and assist with the development of their Primary Care IT strategies.

Post holder will need to be able to travel between sites.
