  • Our client, a busy franchised dealership in Milton Keynes has the requirement for an experienced Service Manager to join their established and high performing Aftersales team.

ResponsibilitiesAs a Service Manager your responsibilities will include:

  • Organise, coach, motivate and lead your workshop & front of house team
  • Ensuring the very highest levels of customer service every time.
  • Departmental profitability
  • Delivering dealership and manufacturer budgets
  • Controlling expenses
  • Recruitment and selection, staff coaching and motivation
  • Optimising workshop capacity and utilisation
  • Installing, and maintaining processes
  • Monitor, develop and improve CSI and customer experience.

Experience, Skills & Qualifications

Essential Requirements:


  • Minimum of 3 years' Service Manager experience
  • Full UK Driving Licence

Desirable Requirements:


  • Franchised Dealership Experience
  • Kerridge

Remuneration & Benefits:


  • Excellent Basic Salary
DOE

  • On Target Earnings of £50,000 (uncapped)
  • Use of an Electric Company Vehicle
  • Extensive benefits package

Working Hours:


  • Monday
  • Friday 8am 6pm
  • 1 in 3 Saturday Mornings
