A little bit about what we are looking for...


To provide a high quality, customer focussed service to PA Housing residents dealing with all cases of anti-social behaviour (ASB), all forms of harassment, Hate Crime and legal action following conviction of criminal behaviour.

Work collaboratively with housing services colleagues to develop a culture of early intervention to promote tenancy sustainment and minimise legal interventions.

Build effective, professional relationships with partner organisations and colleagues to maximise opportunities for early intervention and resolution.


We are happy to offer hybrid working with this role; You will be required to be in the office for around 2/3 days per week with the rest being from home, however please bear in mind we may need you to be in the office more within your probation and training.

It's important to us that you feel fully ready and confident in the role before working from home. Of course if you'd prefer to be in the office more, then that is completely fine with us too


Your responsibilities...

  • Effectively manage and deal with all cases of ASB, harassment, hate crime and serious criminal activities by taking appropriate action against those causing these issues whilst supporting those who are experiencing the nuisance
  • Engage with partnering agencies to ensure that a joined up approach is taken in dealing with ASB, harassment, hate crime and criminal activities. This will include arranging and attending case conferences and multiagency meetings.
  • Lead on developing and delivering effective support for victims and witnesses and the provision of witness care during court cases.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge and awareness of relevant legislation, case law and best practice and keep housing colleagues updated.
  • Identify Social Value and Value for Money savings through proactive early intervention

  • Educated to A Level standard or the ability to demonstrate suitable experience to meet the requirements of this role.
  • To have worked for a minimum of two years in a housing management or antisocial behaviour role. 3. Intermediate IT skills, word, excel, MS Outlook
  • Proven ability of collaborating with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong mediation skills.
