Demolition/Strip-Out Site Supervisor needed to start in Central London ASAP

Salary negotiable depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Spec:

You will be working closely together with the Site Manager and Project Manager.
Will be responsible for Supervising labour on site and the trades working for the company.
Timekeeping is essential, must be able to ensure that the project is delivered on time or before deadline.
Must be able to ensure the Risk Assessments and Method Statements are fully understood by all operatives and that the work is carried out under the Health and Safety Regulations.
Must be PC Literate as you will be required to deal with time sheets, introducing site updates, records and progress etc.
You might be required to maintain communication between the client and Project management on site.

Requirements:

CCDO or CSCS Card
SMSTS or SSSTS
Asbestos Awareness
PASMA Ticket (Not Essential)
3 Day First Aid course
Minimum2 years experience in a similar role within the Industry
Two checkable references
