LETTING NEGOTIATOR
This a great opportunity to join a friendly established property firm based in York.

The role will work as part of a team managing a portfolio of properties and providing a first class service.

This role would suit someone from property background lookingfor a supportive, flexible company or someone with excellent customer service skills looking to start their career in the property field.


WHAT'S ON OFFER?

  • Permanent position
  • Will consider fulltime or parttime option
- £22,000 - £27,500 depending on experience

  • Great perk for fulltime staff when dictated by business needs a 4day week
  • 9.30am
with 1 Saturday in 3 (time off in Lieu)


THE JOB:


  • Dealing with incoming calls and enquires
  • Booking and conducting property viewings
  • Responding to Maintenance/inspection calls
  • Booking work with contractors
  • Booking appointments
  • Manage inbox and respond to customer queries
  • Liaising with contractors, landlords and tenants regarding any query
  • General property administration

THE PERSON

  • Ability to liaise and build good relationships with contractors, landlords and tenants
  • Good team player
