The role.

This is an exciting opportunity to become a Team Leader within the Queens' Centre at CHH.


Our Team Leaders lead and motivate our clinical administration teams in supporting our clinical colleagues and key stakeholders to deliver the very best care for our patients.

You'll be....

You will support the Hub 8 manager with their work whilst supporting & motivating your team.

You maybe required to work at both our hospital sites CHH/HRI.

You will oversee the departments within the Queens Centre, adhering to performance targets and identifying continuous service improvements.


You'll be required to analyse performance data ensuring high standards of operational integrity, using the data to coach and develop your team.


As an advocate for the clinical administration service, you will be a visible role model promoting the work and achievements of our teams.

  • Has excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident telephone manner
  • Has a good understanding of and strong interest in the NHS
  • Has experience of working effectively with mínimal supervision
  • Thrives on a challenge
  • Remains calm under pressure, can manage a number of tasks simultaneously and maintain excellent attention to detail while working to strict deadlines
  • Is an effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with a range of people, including senior key stakeholders and colleagues
  • Has great writing and administrative skills, with competency in using Microsoft Office
  • Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint
  • Uses their initiative and can think on their feet
