- Experience in a 24/7 logistics or warehouse operation.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems.
- Previous people management/supervisory or leadership experience.
- Experience using Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE).
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods.
- Lift objects up to 30kg periodically.
- Work in varying temperatures (30°C to -30°C).
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, in a 24/7 operation.

About the role
We wouldn't be able to positively impact the way the world shops without our passionate team members - who keep our business running, our vans delivering, our customers' products picked and packed, and our proprietary technology operating at optimum levels. We now have an opportunity for an Area Coordinator (Nights) to join the team at Bristol CFC.
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth operational workflow, compliance, and excellent service delivery. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have strong communication skills, and are passionate about safety and efficiency, this could be the role for you
We operate a rotating shift pattern of 4 days on, 4 days off, from 6.30pm to 6.30am (45 hours weekly average)
