Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Purchase raw materials and components to achieve the production schedule
  • Responsible for identifying potential savings and implementing continuous cost reduction initiatives
  • To plan, hold and report on regular supplier meeting
  • To liaise with key stakeholders Business Scheduling Manager, Technical and Production Engineering departments to implement continuous improvements regarding supplier consolidation and unit costs
  • Instigate cost saving initiatives with vendors
