Driver Hire Fife & dh Recruitment are looking a Product Administrator to work for one off our clients based in the Glenrothes area. You will initially work with us and after a 12-week successful placement transfer directly to our client.

The Role

  • Engage with Customer's to estimate new product, change activity and program schedules to ensure the effective planning of workload requirements and achievement of schedules.
  • Order Stock consumables, Shipping both domestic and International
  • Create accurate BOMs and Engineering Data Files from customer product data using MRP Applications (SNG) Smartpart & Excel
  • Accurately store and maintain controlled customer and processed data;
  • Create and issue accurate Job cards for engineering and customer supplied product data through to production.
  • Responsible for assessing received customer product data packages and executing resulting follow up activities with Program Manager and customers;
  • Highly Computer Literate
  • Excellent understanding of Customer needs
  • Troubleshooting abilities associated with Technical Skills

  • Ability to prioritise and problem solve.
  • Work to Deadlines

Responsibilities:


  • Help resolve issues, problems, or delivery.
  • Stock control & Kit control
  • Duties including dealing with incoming calls.
  • Arrange meetings.
  • Deal with incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Provide exceptional customer service levels.
  • Process sales orders
  • Manage Purchase orders.
  • Raise delivery paperwork.
  • Update trackers and spreadsheets

Salary:
£22,000 to £25,000 depending on experience


Hours:
Monday to Thursday 08.30 to 17.00 Friday 08.30 to 16.00
