Description

Percy Hedley Foundation is one of the UK's largest providers disability services.

We provide specialist pre-school, primary, secondary and post-16 education services, as well as a specialist further education college and a wide variety of day services for adults.

We also provide residential services for young people and adults.

The Foundation are looking for a Chief Finance Officer, who will report into the Chief Executive and Board of Trustees.

The role has responsibility for leadership in the development of strategic and operational financial management and the Foundation wide drive to deliver value for money and effective operational services to members.

The CFO will also be responsible for the development and implementation of resource strategies to grow the financial base of the Foundation ensuring long term sustainability.

The role will also be to ensure that the Foundation is able to operate effectively by having in place facilities that are fit for purpose, including IT and Estates, to support the delivery of high-quality services.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced senior leader to help us continue our journey towards making the services we provide the best they can be.
