Description

We are currently looking for a Mill Operative to work for one of our customers based near Kings Lynn.

Duties:

Operating machinery onsite ranging from forklift driving, front end loading shovel and other machinery in the Mill (Forklift license/ Loading shovel tickets ideal but not essential as can be trained up on these machines)
Cleaning duties, such as clearing up and spillages from the feed machines running throughout the Mill and making sure all areas are kept to a high standard
Loading and unloading lorries entering site, either with a forklift or handballing product
Other typical Mill duties throughout the day

The environment in the mill is loud and dusty so you must be comfortable with working in these conditions

Hours: 6am - 6pm rotating to 6pm - 6am | 4 on 4 off

Salary:
£32,163
£12.27 per hour basic rate
£22.09 per hour overtime rate (after 42hours)

Paid breaks
This is a temporary position to cover sickness. Contract estimated 6+ plus weeks, however, this could be extended.
