Key Responsibilities:

• External (Customers)_
• Develop a comprehensive training plan that meets the needs of our external customers.
• Manage our elearning courses, update content regularly, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate and schedule webinars in collaboration with other departments.
• Host training calls and onsite training sessions with customers.
• External (Partners)_
• Create and maintain a partner accreditation program that aligns with our company's goals.
• Conduct training calls with partners and support them through the accreditation process.
• Collaborate with partners to identify the best ways to integrate our platform into their projects.
• Deliver training sessions to customers in conjunction with partners.
• Internal_
• Take ownership of onboarding new staff to ensure they are proficient in using our software.
• Manage our internal elearning courses, update content, and consider moving to a new LMS if necessary.
• Prepare and deliver training on new product releases.
• Schedule and guide regular "playground" sessions.

Additional Duties:

• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure training materials align with product development and business goals.
• Continuously evaluate and improve training programs to ensure they remain effective and relevant.
• Provide feedback and support to the product development team on product design and features based on customer feedback.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in software training or instructional design.
• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Familiarity with LMS software and webinar platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable with public speaking and leading training sessions.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
