Our client.

a successful construction company based in Salford are looking to recruit an Administration Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing company who offer progression opportunities.


Job role:
The main duties of this Administration Assistant role will include:

  • Answering telephone calls and taking messages or diverting calls as required
  • Meeting and greeting visitors to the company
  • Maintaining the reception area
  • Inputting information onto Excel
  • Creating documents using Word and PowerPoint
  • Liaising with colleagues and management
  • Providing information to clients as required
  • All general administration duties
  • Previous relevant administration experience
  • Knowledge of MS Office products
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Be able to manage multiple tasks
  • Have excellent organisation skills
  • Be a good team player and willing to learn
  • Be ambitious and enthusiastic

Hours:
Full time hours offered with some flexibility


Working conditions:
The role is office based within a friendly team


Salary:
£20,000 - £25,000 per annum depending on experience
