    **Job Summary:**



    We are seeking an Purchase Ledger Administrator to join our team. As a key member of the Finance department, you will be responsible for assisting in the management of all Purchase Ledger matters.



    About This Role:



    • Timely and accurate processing of invoices and credit notes, raising purchase orders as required.

    • Matching invoices to delivery notes and purchase orders, with accurate posting to the general ledger.

    • Processing delivery notes against purchase orders in a timely manner.

    • Distributing invoices to department managers for authorization.

    • Reconciling supplier statements and liaising with suppliers to resolve queries.
