ManageMinds is on a mission to make therapy accessible, affordable and effective. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Therapy Coordinator to join our growing business.


About the job:

Over the next couple of years, ManageMinds aims to become the leading online therapy provider in the UK.

You will play a key role in this process, being responsible for tasks including:


  • Establishing each client's needs and providing them with the information they require
  • Building relationships with prospective clients to promote our services and working proactively to generate leads for the business
  • Matching clients with a suitable therapist and providing admin support and advice to them throughout their therapy journey
  • Coordinating and implementing therapy sessions and programmes
  • Liaising between clients, therapists and other departments within the business to ensure all services are running smoothly and efficiently
  • Ensuring effective and accurate communications, reporting, monitoring and recordkeeping across our CRM system
  • Is an enthusiastic, highly organised individual who thrives in a busy environment
  • Has exceptional customer service skills and enjoys building relationships with clients
  • Is technologyliterate and can master new computer systems with ease
  • Is a team player with the confidence and social skills needed to work well with others
  • Gets stuck in and applies themselves to a variety of tasks to help the business succeed
  • Can deal with sensitive topics in a kind yet professional manner
  • Is passionate about improving the lives of people living with mental health conditions

Requirements:


  • Experience in a similar role providing administrative support and working across various teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A working knowledge of CRM software systems
  • Must be residing and legally able to work in the UK
  • Experience of working in the mental health sector is preferred but not mandatory
