Midlands based commercial property owner/occupier, have need for an Estates / Asset Management Surveyor to join and support the existing team.

The role will be part of both the estates and development teams, tasked with overseeing the existing, (significant) land and property portfolio.

Day to day, the successful applicant will enjoy a mixed and varied workload, including managing new leases and licences, health & safety matters, managing external consultants, assisting with planning and development projects, handling land and property disposals etc.

No day will be the same

The role require a property professional with a commercial RICS degree, who has (or is close to) completed their APC and is MRICS qualified.

The post also required a full UK drivers licence.

The role is based in the South Midlands region and does require office attendance. Salary will reflect experience and qualifications, albeit be in the region of £32 - £38,000 Salary + Benefits.
