Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, mailing, and filing
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments, including scheduling and sending reminders
  • Assist with data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Support the office staff with administrative tasks as requested

Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new software systems
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Accurate data entry skills with attention to detail
  • Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent


Salary:
£300.00-£350.00 per week

Expected hours: 30 per week
