Facilities Assistant

This is a temporary role for the period 06th March 2023 to 29th May 2023.
Cover needed for a facilities post room assistant - will need cover between the hours of 9-4.30pm Monday to Friday

Will be receiving and sorting the incoming post and processing it, then shipping the outgoing post.

Alongside processing of photography samples

Ability to work as part of a team or under own direction
Customer Service skilss
Flexible and adaptable
Good problem solving skills
Previous experience in similar role

You will also be providing administrative duties, such as answering phone calls and calling out for contractors if the building needs repairing.
