Responsibilities:
- Properly using and climbing equipment, including ropes and ladders.
- Ability to use hand and power tools on a variety of building materials.
- Eliminate potential hazards by properly preparing to work on roofs, including checking for sun exposure, heat, ice, and aerial wires.
- Knowledge of leadbased paint hazards.
- Ability to lift weight over 50lbs.
- Be able to identify hazards that may be encountered during construction.
- Knowledge of proper electrical procedures.
