We accompany our customers throughout the entire project on both the professional and technical side - starting with the evaluation of the suitable software and the joint definition of the company-relevant KPIs through to the complete implementation of the project.

We are currently looking for a Managing Consultant with with a strong background Management to join our Professional Services team.

As a Managing Consultant, you will be measured across 3 key areas:

  • Your ability to manage People (development, leadership), Projects (communication, budgeting) and Customers (account management).
  • Your consulting skills both internal and external (simplifying complex topics, verbal and written communication skills)
  • Your content knowledge either software skills as it relates to BI and CPM or alternatively experience in an industry/Line of Business like Retail, Finance, HR.
Tasks


Main duties:


  • Manage up to 4 consultants' daytoday workload and resource plans, as well as long term development plans
  • Manage process of implementation of the BI and EPM solution from requirements and design to mentoring and overseeing delivery.
  • Leading the process, from gathering requirements, through the completion of implementation, according to the project's needs
  • Managing the timelines and budget of the project for the customer
  • Be responsive to customer requirements and mitigate concerns, with effective communication.
  • Acquire and maintain midlevel product knowledge and skills
  • Own and manage existing customer accounts through effective account management
  • Work closely with leadership peers in other areas of the business
  • Sales, Product & Delivery, Marketing, etc to align on strategy and influence successful business outcomes
  • Manage escalations from your direct reports and follow a methodical escalation process to Exec team

Requirements:


What we look for:


  • 2 out of 3 of the following Management experience (3+ years), Consulting experience (5+ years) or Content expertise listed above (5+ years)
  • Educational background in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Sciences, Mathematics, Economics, Business, Accounting or any relevant field
  • Any handson experience with multidimensional systems (eg: Oracle ESSBASE, HYPERION Planning, SAP BPC, etc.)
  • Good knowledge of Business/Economics
  • A critical thinker and problem solver, willing to participate into knowledgesharing initiatives and always keep up to date
  • Able to work against tight target dates in a dynamic environment.
  • Critical thinking, selfmanagement, decision making, problem solving, and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in using Microsoft Excel
