We have an opportunity for a customer focussed and motivated individual to join our team as a part time Visitor Services Assistant. Our team is responsible for welcoming all visitors to the Library and for providing a range of first class visitor services in the reading rooms, visitor centre and at reception desks. As a member of our team you will be responsible for delivering a 5* service to our visitors at point of contact.

The working pattern for this post is Thurs 4.45pm - 7pm, Fri 10.30am - 3.30pm, Sat 10am - 2pm.
