Client:

My client is a leading Housing Association based in manchester who are looking for an IT Analyst who will be responsible for playing a key role in delivering technological improvements, producing insightful data analysis and presenting this in a meaningfulmanner.

You will also support staff in using ITC equipment and providing a range of IT related administrative duties across the Association.

Your Role:

To provide first line support of IT systems for all staff.
Liaise with third party IT support to ensure IT issues are resolved quickly and any improvements identified are implemented in a timely manner.
Provide user management, including user creation, password setting and dealing with permission issues
Play an active role in IT projects including project administration and act as liaison between software developers and staff.

What you need to be successful:

Experience of projects and improvements across an organisation
Experience of using MS Excel to analyse data
Experience of querying databases using SQL
Knowledge of Office 365 and Windows Server administration
Ability to communicate IT information effectively to both technical & nontechnical members of staff and partners
