Description

RWG is the leading global provider of approved maintenance, repair and overhaul services for Siemens-Energy industrial aero-derivative gas generators and power turbines.

We are authorised to provide maintenance, repair and overhaul services for Rolls-Royce marine gas turbines used for marine propulsion.

  • Provision of advice and support to key stakeholders on People policies, procedures and employment legislation, including all employee relations matters.
  • Provision of advice to stakeholders on employee relations matters, preparing briefing papers as required.
  • Act as a focal point for all stakeholders regarding any issues relating to conditions of employment, salary and benefits.
  • Ensure appropriate arrangements are in place for management referrals.
  • Provide proactive resourcing solutions ensuring a diverse talent pool is available for stakeholders current and future resource plans.
  • Assists in career development discussing and support proactive people development, discussing career paths and development needs with line managers.
  • Actively participate in the development of the Company's HRIS project aimed at driving efficiency and creation of analytical reporting to drive decisions.
  • Proactively engage with recognised trade union representatives, where appropriate.
  • Support stakeholders to ensure regular performance discussions are held to drive engagement.
  • Assist in the continual review of HR systems and policies to support the business.
  • Support HR project activity.
  • To act as the HR champion for creating relevant and engaging internal and external communications.

Experience:


  • Good commercial awareness.
  • CIPD qualified.
  • Good up to date knowledge of employment legislation.
  • Excellent relationship management skills.
  • Microsoft Office and HR software skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills.
