Senior Application Support Engineer

Location:
London/Sheffield/Hybrid


Contract:
Permanent


Hours:
Full time 37.5 hours per week/flexible days and/or hours (Mon-Fri)


Salary:
Between £41,500 - £53,000 depending on Location and experience

THE ROLE


The role will principally involve working with business teams, 3rd party IT delivery partners and IT teams to support and manage the Enterprise Applications.


Your main duties will include:

  • Application Support for Incidents and Service Requests
  • Coordination of Technical Change
  • Application Release Coordination
  • Application Continuous Improvement and Problem Management


You will possess strong analytical and problem management skills, enabling quick assessment of complex issues within solution involving cloud and on-premise hosting as well as being adept at working under pressure to deliver to tight deadlines, whilst retainingexcellent attention to detail.

Good experience of using Software Development Lifecycle and Jira Ticket Management tools are essential and good technical knowledge of Integration Technologies, CRM, Cloud concepts would also be highly desirable
