The Role

The overall aim of the role is to ensure the smooth and organised office support needs are met within the sales & business support office operation.

The role of "Office & Business Support Executive" is based within UK & I team which is based in Staines in newly "fitted-out" offices.

The role requires all-round office Administration support experience, including Office Management of the office location andalso Administrative support to a local Senior Manager and remote Team.

As the point of contact for this regional UK Sales Office, all office management & administrative needs would be under your direct control.


  • To achieve this, the following demonstrable skills and background is now sought:
  • Office Management
  • Experience in a B2B environment in a similarly diverse role.
  • Organisation of logistics for customer visits, events, travel itineraries and monthly sales meetings
  • Experience of Admin support to a senior company exec/manager with team
  • An awareness of the importance of the "client/supplier relationship"
  • Local financial/expenditure record keeping.
  • Record keeping & process checks (e.g., risk assessments; Health & Safety; Training; etc)
  • Good computer aptitude with a working knowledge of Office 365 and a CRM; databases
  • First point of contact for service suppliers & visitors
  • Sense of urgency and Sense of humour (in equal measures)
  • A high level of literacy including written and spoken English language
  • A stable career history

Considered an advantage, would be:

  • An additional fluent European language.
  • Experience of using Oracle or SAP
