About the Role


We are looking for someone to support and assist that National Lead on all Health & Safety across the Oasis Academies and wider Trust.

You will be the source of expert Health and Safety advice within the Trust and support when significant issues arise.

You will also help to ensure the Trust's Health and Safety policies and procedures are reviewed, amended and updated as necessary and in line with up-to-date statutory requirements and organisational developments.


This is a hybrid role, based in the South of England, with the need for frequent travel to academies and external meetings across the UK as necessary for the effective delivery of the job.

Travel expenses will be redeemable.


This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within Health & Safety and the education sector.


  • Be educated to degree level
  • Have NEBOSH National Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety
  • Be a graduate member of IOSH
  • Be capable of delivering of CPD of self and others.
  • Have excellent communication and presentation skills, and be a confident user of ICT.
  • Have the ability to coach, mentor and deliver training to staff.
  • Have the ability to form and maintain appropriate relationships and personal boundaries with children and young people.
  • Be aligned to the ethos and values of the organsation.
  • Hold a UK driving license
