Description

Permanent full time hybrid commercial management accountant vacancy for a well known national business with a large finance team, offering study support and salary of £45-55,000

Construction business in the Kingston Upon Thames area

Description

Supervise a team of 3 accounts assistants to ensure the timely recording of accurate financial data into the accounting system and completion of finance assistant tasks by the monthly deadlines
(supervisory experience not necessarily needed morethe technical experience to show others):
Production of management accounts with commentary on variances to present to senior management on a monthly basis
Production of annual budget
Quarterly revised P&L and Balance sheet forecasting
Accruals and prepayments
Fixed asset register maintenance
Journal postings including month end depreciation journals
Preparation of cash flow forecast
Daily Cash flow input
Analysis of aged debtors and creditors on a monthly basis and providing reports on bills unpaid and monies owed over 90 days
Daily bank reconciliations and cash book postings for multiple business units
Intercompany reconciliations
Monthly journals to post internal sales to entities
Dealing with any queries that may arise from external auditors

Profile

Recent relevant experience of all of the duties in the job description
Active studier or part qualified, flying through studies and wanting to get qualified (study support provided)
Happy to work a 40 hour week
