We are currently recruiting Production/ Assembly Operatives in Whiston, L35_
-
You will be part of the gap personnel team working on an ongoing basis._

-
Your role will include:_

-
Working in a workshop environment, assembling consumer appliances, using power tools._

Ensuring products are correctly assembled in line with company and customer specifications.

Ensure that the correct quantities are produced in accordance with the daily production requirements.


Communicate with the Management team to ensure the correct quantities are produced daily, whilst paying particular attention quality and safety.

Ensure that the correct Job sheets and labels are used for each job at all times.

Advise the Line leader of any issues including monitoring the quality of products assembled

Ensure that only product of the highest quality is produced and sent to the customer.

Work in an efficient manner to ensure tight deadlines set by the company are met.

  • 07:003:00 Monday
  • Thursday
  • 07:0012:00 Friday

Salary_:


  • Starting on £11.20
  • O/T rate after 37.5 is £16.80.

Break entitlement:_

  • Breaks are 10 minutes and 20 minutes, which are paid.

Transport required:_

  • The site is on a public bus route and so no need to have own transport but to have own car / bike is an advantage. 10a bus route leaves you 5minute walk to site, train station leaves a 10minute walk.
