Customer Retentions Advisor

Location:
Preston Brook

Salary:
£21,000 - £23,000 + Bonus
Monday - Thursday 8:45am - 5:30pm

Friday 8:4- 5pm

Plus, one in four consecutive Saturdays 8:50am - 2pm

Our Client is currently looking to recruit a Retentions Advisor to join their team in Runcorn (Preston Brook).

Duties Include:

Dealing with both inbound & outbound calls
These enquires are inbound calls and outbound to internet enquires or to previous clients who had a policy or quotation previously.
Assisting current clients with queries on policy or quotation
Producing sales quotations and client renewals
Effectively handling any customer queries
Liaising with internal departments
Experience within a customer service environment
Be a motivated, salesdriven individual
Able to work independently, but also able to drive team spirit
