Key Responsibilities:

Effective Communication:
Establish strong communication channels with students, parents, and fellow staff members to create a supportive network.

Requirements:
Relevant Experience:
Previous experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant or similar role is advantageous.
Empathy and Patience:
Demonstrate empathy, patience, and a genuine commitment to supporting students with mental health needs.
Communication Skills:
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with students, parents, and fellow staff members.
Immediate Availability:
Ready for an immediate start to make a positive impact.
To be considered for this position you will:
- have previous school experience and be familiar with the SIMS system
- Be a committed professional
- Be an organised, enthusiastic proactive person
- have a CV must that covers the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any gaps in employment must be explained;
- Have the legal right to work in the UK.
