To support our continued growth and exciting plans, we're looking for a
Insurance Quality Officer to join our Insurance Commercial Team.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing our existing insurance clients with outstanding customer service.

As well as assessing and monitoring standards you will be adept at providing feedback, suggesting improvements, collating statistics and providing coaching and support to the Insurance Broking team.

As part of our Insurance Commercial team this role will focus on the quality of our interactions with our insurance customers, both verbal and written, highlighting areas where our people or processes can improve and develop an even better customer proposition.

In this role, you'll be:

Call Auditing to assess call quality, agent performance and customer and insurer outcomes.
Assessing that the correct procedures and disclosures have been made to our insurer partners on policies that have been sold.
Providing feedback to colleagues where issues have been identified and ensuring that any fixes are completed in a timely fashion.
Take referrals from the broking team.
Take a role in the induction of new members of the broking team, including test calls and live call listening.
Interacting with the training team to highlight where development issues have been identified.
Provide regular reporting updates

Requirements:

About you
This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly, supportive, and high performing team, you're likely to have similar experience previously, and be able to demonstrate:

Previous experience within Insurance in either broking or claims, across personal or commercial lines, experience within commercial property would be advantageous
Familiar with Acturis insurance broking software preferred
Have a good understanding of the Microsoft office suite of products, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook.
Demonstrate excellent listening and written skills
Be a good listener as well as a great attention to detail
Be confident in your own decisionmaking skills and with conveying information to others
Be an ambitious learner eager to understand and suggest improvements to processes
Enjoy working both as part of a team and under your own initiative.
CII qualification an advantage however full CII exam support is funded by Bionic
