Are you looking for an Operations Assistant role based in Windsor? Do you have a minimum of one years administration experience? Do you want to join a growing digital healthcare company? Then this could be the perfect role for you


This is mainly a remote role, you will need to attend the office once a month or to suit the needs of the business.


Our client is a leading digital healthcare provider delivering services through their customer centric mobile app and are constantly growing.

They are now looking for someone to join the team in Operations Support to help manage their app.

This role will focus on providing support to a range of customers and will ensure the smooth running of the services.

It will be varied with no two days being the same.


Main Accountabilities:

  • Supporting and providing administrative services to the growing panel of suppliers
  • To support the Executive Assistant in supporting the Senior Management team
  • Other Duties:
  • Comply with any ad hoc work requests from the Team Leader and/or Management
  • Undertake any training by the Team Leader and/or management
  • Comply with and promote all company policies
  • To comply with the Company's Information Security Policy and all other Company Policies applicable to the role
  • Skills required:

This is a full-time, permanent position and is 37.5 hours per week, 7.5 hours per day.

This role will work on a shift rotation, including 08:00 - 16:30, 09:00 - 17:30 and 09:30 - 18:00. You will work one Saturday in every 5 or 6 weeks, a day given back in lieu.
