This is mainly a remote role, you will need to attend the office once a month or to suit the needs of the business.
Our client is a leading digital healthcare provider delivering services through their customer centric mobile app and are constantly growing.
This role will focus on providing support to a range of customers and will ensure the smooth running of the services.
It will be varied with no two days being the same.Main Accountabilities:
- Supporting and providing administrative services to the growing panel of suppliers
- To support the Executive Assistant in supporting the Senior Management team
- Other Duties:
- Comply with any ad hoc work requests from the Team Leader and/or Management
- Undertake any training by the Team Leader and/or management
- Comply with and promote all company policies
- To comply with the Company's Information Security Policy and all other Company Policies applicable to the role
- Skills required:
- Highly Organised and able to work on own initiative
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to problem solve with a common sense approach
- Attention to detail
- Flexible approach to work and workload
- Open and honest approach at all times
- Customer Focused
This role will work on a shift rotation, including 08:00 - 16:30, 09:00 - 17:30 and 09:30 - 18:00. You will work one Saturday in every 5 or 6 weeks, a day given back in lieu.
