The Head of Sales is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing and managing the sales department for the company.

As a Head of Sales, you will provide direction, guidance, and support to the sales team, ensuring that the company's services is effectively promoted and sold to target customers.

Set ambitious sales targets to drive business to business sales across Boulangerie & Le Deli.
Foster a collaborative and motivational sales culture that encourages teamwork and innovation.
Define and optimize the sales process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across our deli's & restaurants within the group.
Ensure proper utilization of sales tools, CRM systems, and technology to track and manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
Monitor and analyze sales data and metrics to assess performance and make informed decisions.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and satisfaction.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to expand the company's customer base.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective strategies for lead generation and brand visibility.
Provide datadriven insights to inform strategic decisions and resource allocation.
