Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Set ambitious sales targets to drive business to business sales across Boulangerie & Le Deli.
- Foster a collaborative and motivational sales culture that encourages teamwork and innovation.
- Define and optimize the sales process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across our deli's & restaurants within the group.
- Ensure proper utilization of sales tools, CRM systems, and technology to track and manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
- Monitor and analyze sales data and metrics to assess performance and make informed decisions.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to expand the company's customer base.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective strategies for lead generation and brand visibility.
- Provide datadriven insights to inform strategic decisions and resource allocation.
