Description
Lyndon CMHT is offering a Preceptorship programme to help a newly qualified nurse get the very best start, not only within nursing but within community nursing/community care.
Our preceptorship programme is designed specifically for you as a newly qualified nurse, to support you in that transition and to build the confidence of working independently within a community setting.
The programme is a 'hands' on practical approach by where you will be allocated a mentor to work under the supervision of, whilst working as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
As part of the preceptorship you will meet with service users, parents and carers to gain insight of what the expectations are from a recipient's perspective.
